Invitations and reply cards
You can place your order by telephone, e-mail or by sending the printable order form to me. All orders require a 50% deposit. Prices include printed inserts and co-ordinating envelopes where applicable.
Invitations are usually sent out 8-12 weeks before your wedding date and sometimes earlier in the summer months to inform people before they book their holidays.
All of the designs are hand made, so I would recommend that orders be placed as early as possible. Our general production time is 4-6 week and that is once the proofs have been agreed and payment has been received.
Once your order has been placed I will prepare a tailor made quotation based on the information submitted via the order form and will work with you to ensure that the wording, and design meet the needs of your day.
You will receive proofs of the wording that you have requested which you must read carefully to ensure that all spelling and information is correct, once you are happy you will be required to sign two copies and return them to me. I will then sign the copies and return your copy back to you.
Production will then begin. Any amendments made then will be done so if possible and at an additional cost. Your completed invitations will be sent to your delivery address ready for you to send to expectant friends and family.

Once you have received you reply cards and know your final numbers you can then place your order for the additional extras that will make your occasion special.
Again these may take 4-6 weeks for completion especially if you are ordering several different items.
It would be helpful if at the time of ordering your invitations that you indicate that you may want the additional extras.
As soon as you know your final details please complete the booking form and forward it on to me along with a 50% deposit (we require the full payment for any favours that are ordered). The full payment for the other items will be required upon completion and receipt of your goods.
Samples
If you wish to receive any sample invitations from our portfolio please email us with the details of the design, the colour that you require and delivery details.
Samples are provided at the cost of £2.00 per sample card, this fee is refundable either against your wedding stationary
order or upon return of the samples in good condition.
All samples are handmade to order , so please allow 2 weeks from your initial request.
Payment Methods
You can pay via cheque. Please make them payable to Savour the Occasion.
Please ensure that you write your name, address and bankers card (were applicable) on the back of the cheque or postal order.
